Can you view something that happened on a certain street at anytime with google earth?

Google Earth pictures are often old. The picture of my house is a few years old. I can tell because of the construction that was going on in the neighborhood.|||No. It shows only the most recent image Google has available.|||No, the images generally are used for a certain length of time. I check my neighborhood every now and then and the images are exactly the same each time.|||google earth is just the pictures of what Google has from the last time updated|||google earth shows only still pictures. they do not show live.
