Saw the same guy twice on google earth street view?

i wasn't sure if this was a mistake or like twins or something but if you go to the capital building in washington d.c there is a bubble that you can go to where you can see the street view from right in front of the capitol and facing towards it there is a guy with a striped shirt and a backpack and if you notice he is shown twice in the same shot its really weird|||Haha that's so weird!|||It might be a problem in google earth coz its only a software.
