Why many people at Street View of Google Earth/Maps are looking to the camera?

I dont understand it|||literally speaking they r not all satellite maps many of them are taken from plane or helicopter which is flying at low height





it is natural that people see upwards when a plane or helicopter comes ........|||If you saw the vehicle they use to record with, you'd look at it too!
