How to watch 3D buildings and street view in google earth?

i have downloaded google earth 5.0.but i am unable to watch 3D buildings and street view in it.is there any problem in my computer?can installing directX fix this problem?|||Google Earth 5 is too advanced for most computers. Try uninstalling it, then installing Google Earth 4 at the below website.|||In Google Earth, on the left you'll see the sidebar, with SERCH|PLACES|LAYERS





If you cannot see that, then click VIEW%26gt;%26gt;SIDEBAR or Ctrl+Alt+B





In the LAYERS section, Click on PRIMARY DATABSE





under which you'll find 3D buildings and Street View layers. switch them on.
