How can I upgrade my google Earth to that Google street view thing?

all you need to do is go here, and download





http://earth.google.com/|||Street view built in to the Google web client for Google maps (not Google Earth), and it is only available for a few major cities.





Try searching for streets in downtown New York City or San Francisco.
