How and when and how often do they take those google earth street view pictures?

I really wanna just pop up in random ones all over the place.possibly dressed as Waldo.|||You might already appear in Google Street View somewhere and not know it - could be in more than 1 location. You probably weren't dressed as Waldo though.

I personally hope Google won't send cars up and down every street in the World more than about every 10 years though, due to the environmental cost of doing that.
